At Premier Tech, we value your satisfaction and want to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. You can return a product within 7 days of purchase in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.
 
In case you purchased a wrong product or changed your mind about your purchase, returning the product will be subject to restocking fees if the product is not faulty and must be in the original condition you received it in, with all packaging, accessories, and manuals included.

Product non eligible for returns:
 
  • The product has sign of physical, electrical, liquid or lightning damage(s) caused by the customer.
  • The product has sign of damage caused by negligence, abuse or tempering by the customer.
  • A new sealed product is opened.

  • Firstly initiate a return by contacting us via email, call or WhatsApp.
  • Provide details of your purchase and the reason for the return.
  • If your return is approved, we will contact you with instructions on how to return your item.
  • In case your return is not approve, you will be notify.
 
Return shipping:
 
  • All purchases made at our office must be returned to our office to ensure a smooth process.
  • In case the product was couriered to the customers, they  are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due the product purchased being faulty or malfunctioning.
 
Refund and exchange options:
 
  • If the returned product is faulty, we will exchange it for the customer if we have the same product in stock at the same price.
  • If we do not have the same product in stock, we will give the customer a full refund.
  • In case the product was couriered to the customers, they are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due the product purchased being faulty or malfunctioning.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment method.
