We are a fully registered company (2015/242954/07), a VAT vendor and a registered Second-Hand Goods Dealer. The following outline the warranties that come with our products.
Warranty Coverage
- Our warranty start from the date of purchase
- Pre-owned devices come with 6 months limited warranty unless specify otherwise for a product
- New devices come with 12 months limited warranty unless specify otherwise for a product
- Some new products might come with the manufacturer warranty
- This warranty covers malfunctioning and defects in materials under normal use conditions
- When purchasing a pre-owned device, it the responsibility of the client to ensure that the physical condition of the product match his/her expectation
Warranty Services
In the event you experience issues covered by the warranty with your purchase, please contact us. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, arrange for repair or replacement of the item. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Things Not Cover By This Warranty
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, or improper installation
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, and broken parts
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Consumable parts, such as batteries, unless the damage is due to a defect in materials or workmanship
- Normal wear and tear

This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
